Hello!
My name is Abri, and in February of 2025, I began my business, AE Frees Wellness (previously El Roi Wellness). I started my journey after the traumatic death of mine and my husband’s firstborn, Judah Tyler Frees. In the aftermath of losing Judah, simply put, I lost myself. I got stuck in a place of extreme darkness and suffering, dealing with severe panic attacks, major depression, postpartum paranoia and difficulty sleeping and eating (all resulting in me being later diagnosed with PTSD). Thankfully, that’s not where my story ended. After a seemingly hopeless and difficult journey through a broken system to find the right things and people to support my mental and spiritual/emotional health, I discovered my purpose—to shine the light I had found back for others trying to find their way out of their own darkness, and to walk with them on their own journeys of healing and wellness.
